Are you disgusted by certain textures, partial to a particular brand, or flat out against eating some foods?
Do you have a favorite bowl, spoon, cup or other dish that you always use?
I've seen a lot of discussions lately around the #AutismCommunity about food shaming. Which to me is totally ridiculous as a wellness coach. The way to encourage a healthy lifestyle is not by shaming others. Quality support professionals know that all change is not for everybody.
